  • 3D Stitched Butterfly

    Tuesday 5th & Thursday 7th September

    10am-1pm  £47

In this fun workshop, we will use traditional stumpwork embroidery techniques combined with some contemporary materials to create a lovely, filigree butterfly or moth.

The workshop will be in two parts, and there will be a little  ‘homework’ in between. This will ensure that you take home a finished piece at the end of the second session, and that you have tutored guidance for every step of the process.

This project is equally suitable for stitchers with some experience looking for a quirky challenge, or those with little or no previous stitching experience.

This is a great fun workshop, suitable for all ages *9 years – 90+

If you’ve never had time to properly get to know your machine, or pushed it to the back of the cupboard as other life events have overtaken sewing, then now is the time to get re-acquainted!

This is a real hands-on day for you to take a guided tour around your sewing machine, and to explore how it can help you in those every day sewing tasks and projects.
